The question is so vague that it is meaningless.
Do you mean power distribution or high speed logic circuits.
You need to ask a more specific question, or do some basic reading web searching.

ya but impedance have good and bad characteristics also...i didn"t get a clear idea when the impedance matching

Be happy that you have impedance in circuits. If no impedance or resistance is there in circuits, all electrical engineers would loose thier jobs.
