Leakage in Wall

Hello Everyone

How to find out the wall leakage is low or high.

cause approx. 2.5 feet from flooring the paint is gone. some part of the wall the white cement can be seen and on other the plaster can be seen. whats the best solution for the same.

The bathroom is near.

It sounds as though part of the plumbing in the building has a leak containment problem. Fix it.
