HFO Tank Design

I need the design procedures and the Code details to be followed for HFO ( Heavy furnace Oil) storage tank design.

The inner dia of steel tank is 9m and 20m height

The steel tank design already done. The supporting foundation for the tank suppose to be design as RCC ring beam with raft foundation. For that i need the procedure and relevant Code books.

You will need to buy the codes, everyone else who needs them has/does. It is Illegal for someone to "give" you a copy of the codes. They are not cheap, but if you need them, you will need to pay for them.

I knew that sir. But my requirement is only that the procedure for design and the reference code book list, that means the guide line details. Thats it.

The code used in design of welded tanks for oil storage is API 650.
