CT Used for SIL Quality

Can anyone tell me which is the preffered make and model for CT to give input of 0- 5Amp for 4-20mA transducer for SIL quality area where safety is of very high priority.

The safety of supply is ensured by the correct selection of circuit protective devices. What is the relevance of a programmable electronic system, please?

Safety is foremost in any use of electrical equipment, and that being said, it mainly depends on how much money you have to spend.

Unless you are thinking of putting circuit breakers in line with your CT's, which is a BAD idea, then one CT, IMHO, is as good as the next. It's what you do with the output that really determines what happens thereafter.

Looking at your previous posts, I can only assume that you are either in college or in some type of engineering company as a trainee, would I be correct?
