Take a class in electric motors. You must have a background in classical physics to understand what you are measuring, too. You also should turn OFF your caps lock. All capital letters is considered SHOUTING!

There is no simple way to calculate the number of turns / coil for induction motor. You need professional training.

What data are required to calculate? Here is one example.

Depends on what u need.Generally all leading manufacturers catalogue gives the data like Full Load Current, Eff. and PF at FL,75 and 50% Load, Full load Rpm.Normally these are worked out during design and verified by type testing of the motor.For design calculations you can refer to any standard book on electrical machine design or a hand book which also contain worked out examples.One good book is electric machine design By MG say which all electrical engineers would have perused during some time or the other
