How to Connect Tubing From Piping Isolation Valve Which Has Graylok Hub Type

Could any one please help me inproviding the solution forthe following case:

I have a line with pond rating of 2500# .We have apiping isolation valve for the pressure transmitter. But as per the pipe spec the piping isolation valve to be used is with Graylok Hub type end connection.

Now as we know that for connecting tubing frompiping isolation valve we need threaded end connection or autoclave type connection.I tried to find the vendorswho can provide an adaptor or connector which has hub end type connection on one side for connecting to the piping isolation valve and the other end to be threaded for connecting the tubing.But icould not find any.

Myrequirement is of 3/4 "Hub to 3/8 " autoclave type connection.

Please letmeknow howthis can be solved?
