Biased Restricted Earth Fault System

please somebody tell me what is exactly the "biased restericted earth fault system" and it's application ?.for example in transformer ground fault protection.

If you tried to Google, I can see why it wouldn't work. Try "bias restricted earth fault system"

Where are you from? If you are from India, then enrol in our 4-days duration training programme on Protective Relaying from 12-15 Sep. 2011 at Pune. I will be handling the session on Transformer Protection on 14th & Generator Protection on 15th. Pl. contact
