Not enough information.

Can you give me advice, I want coated calcium carbonate.

You want to coat CaCO3 onto something? What? Why?

What can I do?

You can stop being an idiot and really think of what kind of information you need to provide so that someone here may be able to answer your question. Can you do that?

Since you chose the biomech/biomed forum I'm going to guess that you want to make coated calcium carbonate tablets, as a supplement or antacid product.

Making and coating tablets is described here, for an overview of the product development issues. Tablets are pressed (generally) and then coated: possible coatings range from sugar to plastics, apparently.

Supplements and medical products are highly regulated in North America and European markets (and maybe elsewhere), so make sure you know about the applicable laws, testing requirements, labelling requirements, restrictions, insurance etc etc before you commit to your manufacturing and marketing plan, especially for exports where you may run into a whole other regulatory regime than what you are used to.

Also, take note that the Calcium carbonate supplementation market has taken a hit recently, since it was discovered that overuse can have serious side effects. Sort of a boom and bust effect, where it was heavily marketed here in North America for several years, and then they started to see the results of oversupplementation including mortality...

Other possibilities for your ultrafine mill Calcium Carbonate product, might include marketing the powder to the pharmaceutical industry for general use in tablet manufacturing - it is commonly used as an excipient. Ultrafine product is also applicable to industrial uses in manufacture of paints and glazes and plastics. You have lots of options with this as a starting point. (Good luck).
