Concrete Flooring with Acid Stain finish

08/29/2011 1:37 AM

Dear all,

I am interesting to do the Concre flooring with Acid staining for my home, which is under construction now instead of using vitrified Tiles or granite/Marble.

In India I am not able to find any company or contractor doing this work. I came to know the HCL,supluric acid and Sodium bicorbanate will change the chmical property of the cement and give the different color.

As I am an Electrical Engineer,I don't know anything much about chemistry and don't want to do the research on this chemical subject also.

I wants to best floor finish for my house and I think this is cheaper than other tiles and marbles.

Hence please suggest me, what is the type of material to be procured and tell me the method of acid staining and polishing from the basic.

Hope I will get the help from anybody.

regards
