which is one code case that permits the use of ASME Section VIII division 1 allowable stress for bolting material if ASME Section VIII division 2 allowable stress is not available for the certain temperature in case of design of process equipments.?

which code gives this details?

After you try to figure out the language in this post, you can then try to figure out the language in the ASME code (or any other Code, for that matter). Good luck!

Clarity seems not to be an objective anywhere.

It will be easier to understand if you give your requirement of application with process parameters and the mechanical details of the equipment. To make a question like endless circle will not give you any result.
