Pressure Vessel Factory Inspection

Dear Fellas,

I need to acquire awareness on the following pls:.

A vessel-fabrication factory/setup is to be assessed and recommended for inclusion into a short list of capable/not capable factories to undertake a particular job or not, I would appreciate to know how this type of assessement is done or what is involved:

Particularly if I may please be enlightened on the followings?

a. The professional body responsible for this kind of assessement

b. The qualifications that the assessement Engineer would possess.

b. Wheteher there is an assesement check-list that guide this type of assessement.

Any highlight/material on the topic will be highly appreciated please.
