There are many knowledgeable people here who can, but we would also need to know the environment that it is going to be installed in, parameters of the system that it will be attached to, etc., etc. Your best bet is to go back to TDPS, the contractor that supplied the system or the engineering firm that did the specifications. If you want to learn about protective relaying in general there are plenty of good sites on Google.

Relay settings for these type of captive power plants is being done on professional basis.one has to study the detailed SLD and other aspects.
