What Is d Work of Electrical Motor Design Engineer

hello ,

i am working in an motor company as an testing and design engineer.

I havent learned lot about design of motor yet . but i know lot about testing of motors.

I want to make my career as a motor design engineer. what should i do to learn the basic of desigining of motor. Is autocad or PRo E is must for desigining of motor.???

you must sit with your seniors at work and ask many questions . . befriending seniors is a good way to have one of them accept you as an apprentice and mentor you through into becoming a good designer or whatever you and your company expect you to be . . .
