Question.

Assist with imformation to the estimation of the amount of biomasss required for a 1 MW power plant.(feedstock, saw dust, saplings, twigs and agricultural waste in pellet or briquette form.

That is the sort of information that one might reasonably expect a Biomass Consultant to know already, particularly if one were paying for the service.

I am a retired US Agricultural researcher currently involved with making ethanol from biomass. You are going to find, as I have, that all biomass is not created equal. Coal, petroleum, natural gas, hydroelectric and nuclear power have predictable energy outputs, while wind, solar, tidal energy and biomass can be quite variable. We found the same variability in moving from feed grains and sugarcane to biomass as ethanol feedstock. You may find it possible to create a standard biomass feedstock by blending several biomass sources to a standard level, like they use blends of 5 to 8 basic whiskies to make a blend with a constant flavor. If the product is pelleted biomass, you may need to do that to produce a standardized pellet with a constant BTU value

Maybe BS consultant. Scientist is a strong word too. Are you sure you are up to this?
