I have found these panels oversees and the difference is that they run off the ultra violet rays of the sun. I am trying to see if there is any other information such as has any one in the US tried them or seen any data on these in the US. I am an engineer out of MIT and have been out of the loop for a lot of years. If you have constructive information that will be great but if others want to be condescending I will step off this program.
