Ask for job-related training locally.

Iris's link is the source page for the book. PAControl usually has older versions of it. The latest incarnation is version 1.21 (development), with a new "stable" version planned for release in January 2012.

This is the book's third year of development, and the rate at which new things are being added is slowing down. Just download the latest version and have fun!
