Correct - "How can I get a mechanical engineering position in Canada with a mechanical engineering degree I earned in India."

How long have you been out of school? If you have experience, that will help, but communication skills are very important.

You could be a fantastic engineer, but if you can't communicate your ideas with others, the engineering won't go very far. Also, there are those who, seeing punctuation and spelling errors, won't take you seriously.

Good luck, I was stopped on a routine business trip when I used the word "teach" in a sentence when asked what "...is the business purpose?"
