You can learn English!

To wit:

Incorrect - "How i can get admission in Canada in Mechanical Engg .Degree form India ?"

Correct - "How can I get a mechanical engineering position in Canada with a mechanical engineering degree I earned in India."

How long have you been out of school? If you have experience, that will help, but communication skills are very important.

You could be a fantastic engineer, but if you can't communicate your ideas with others, the engineering won't go very far. Also, there are those who, seeing punctuation and spelling errors, won't take you seriously.

Sorry, but that's just the way it is.

You can't. You need a passport.

knowing how to Google helps too...

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp

The hardest test will be getting past immigration...

"For your application to be eligible for processing, you must:

  • include the results of your official language proficiency test, AND
  • have a valid offer of arranged employment, OR
  • have one year of continuous full-time paid work experience in at least one of the occupations listed here..."

Good luck, I was stopped on a routine business trip when I used the word "teach" in a sentence when asked what "...is the business purpose?" Seems that there was a surplus of teachers at the time and that no non-Canadian "teachers" were being admitted unless all of the unemployed Canadian teachers were employed first.
