yes i have googled many times

1) now i daily cleanup all unnecessary files, like internet history files, disk clean etc.

2) Compare the good processes with bad process ( from list on internet) but never found discrephencies.

3)deletes all files in startup.

BUT i could not find how to find a virus e-g., if trojan or worm is there in computer. ONLY antivirus found this. can i see/found that virus.

is there any other process to clean the computer manually.

Scan your registry manually. That's just one thing your virus scanner does for you. Then open each one of the files on your computer (a couple hundred thousand unless you have personal files, too) and scan them for telltale signs (heuristics) of virus-like activity. Check for random strings of information in each one of those files that may match one of the millions of known viruses "in the wild".

Do this to each new file you download from the internet (this includes each character font, gif, jpg, text file, html file, javascript, etc. from each and every web page you load).

Now do you get it? That's the purpose of a virus scanner and other sundry programs designed to keep you safe.

You may as well ask how to run your alternator, water pump, power steering pump, and air conditioner in your car without having the engine do the work. Each passenger could sit there and spin them at thousands of rpm for you.

Dip your computer into a strong disinfectant like hydrogen peroxide. It's guaranteed no virus would survive.

I very rarely use "Anti Virus Softwares". Find the virus causing .exe file and delete from command prompt.

not all viruses use an exe file newer viruses are located in less common files.

the easiest way to get rid of viruses is format c:

"If you don't know what your doing you probably shouldn't do it". This statement is quite true with regard to your question.

Unless you really know what you are doing then you can easily make your computer worse and even kill the operating system requiring a complete format and reinstall. Even the experts don't do it this way unless there is a specific problem or damage that needs to be manually fixed.

The best and simplest way (by far) is to use antivirus software to prevent and remove them, many of which are freely available off the internet. If you are using the internet you absolutely SHOULD be using it already, as well as a good (and free) anti-spam software package (for example Seek & Destroy)!

Did I mention these are freely available of the internet.

moreover tell steps to speed up computer.

This is a different issue and too broad to cover here, unless you want generic answers like un-install unused programs, use the disk cleanup utility, increase the quantity of ram (operating system dependent), etc, etc.

Additionally try a search of CR4 as the two above questions have been previously covered in other threads.
