"Is it possible to give supply through charger."

Yes, proper charger. Or, power supply.

Sandy

I want to be sure we understand. What do you mean by charger?

Something like a battery charger?

First check voltage rating of the lamp Bulb. If it is matching you can connect charger. Some modern indicating lamps are using single big bright light LEDs and some few small LEDs mounted on a small PCB. Hence you need to check this first.

ok

I will check LEDs rating.

Do you mean to say only cause of this LEDs we are giving 240 volts.

As per customer Requirment we are giving in built 6 Volt battery in Indicator.

It is running fine on Battery. Then why we are giving 240 volt.

Why not charger / adopter type 6 volt or 9 volt supply.

I think we can save tranformer and EMI filter money.

As well as we can make Indicator more compact.

Please advice.

Regards.

Dear All,

I come to know because of IP rating we are not going for adopter.

We are not getting IP 67 adopter.

Please Advice.

We need 230V AC to 12V AC Adopter.

Is there any AC to AC Adopter.

Yes, we call it a transformer......

But there are also ones built into plastic boxes and even ones called "Wall-Warts".....

In principle no as the charger voltage may be, when not charging a battery, far far higher than the voltage you want!!!
