Hi everybody. Do u know what's the maximum sample rate of the ADC0804. How can I calculate it? The conversion time affects in anyway?¿? Thank u!

Hi,

with the typical clock rate of 640 kHz you`ll get 9708 samples/s. The maximum clock rate is 1460 kHz and increases the sample rate linearly with the factor 1460/640. But the maximum value is perhaps not guaranteed and depends on the chip you use, so it wants to be tested.

Good luck

Uwe

100Khz at best one can get out of this chip at about 1MHz clock.
