Centrifugal Blower

How i can design a centrifugal blower if the discharge volume and pressure value is available. the discharge volume is 20000cfm and pressure is 3" wg.

It depends on whether you are in an engineering culture that calculates everything "from the ground up", versus a commercial culture in which you simply look in a catalogue for a blower that meets the specs. Hint: go on line to find what you need.
