Unit Conversion

Hi to all,

Dear firends i have one SS Plate Length 8.0 Meter, Height 2.0 Meter and thickness is 7mm.

So area is = 8*2 = 16M2, now this m2 is to be convert in leaner meter pls confirm is my approch is right

Leaner meter = 16/(7/1000) = 2285.714.

For calculating volume (and then perhaps weight), you should use 16 × 7/1000. I don't see how 16/(7/1000) is meaningful.
