∏x radius2 x length x will give volume. multiply by the density of copper.
Take care to use consistent units.

If you look up the diameter of such-and-such wire gauge, chances are that another column of the table (or a nearby table) will give the weight per unit of length. Wire manufacturers usually give this info in their catalogs.
