I need a 3.3V compatible SRAM for my project...

Can anyone suggest me which can be the best one to use plz....

Oh, come on. Do you really think we can definitively answer with so little to go on?

Do you even think about what information would be needed to answer your vague question?

But i need very less memory sram...

My requirement is 2Kx8 memory size...

It creating me problem...
