When a single motor is being controlled by a circuit breaker/ fuse-switch+contactor+relay this latter is called a "Combination motor starter" or more often "Starter".

When many such starters are put in a switchboard to control many motors, that switchboard is called a "Motor Control Centre". There is no theoretical limit as to how many starters you can put in one MCC, just a practical limitation.

That is a horribly inadequate drawing, but to answer your question, I see one MCC connecting all of those motors. If there were more MCCs, the "bus" would not be a continuopus line, and there would need to be some sort of feeder, and protection device for it, to each separate MCC.

I have seen better napkin sketches then this. The number of starters in an MCC is limited by the amperage rating of the MCC and the total load on the MCC

The position of motors, like far they are and the services for which they are used will also effect the number of MCC's.
