Q1) Can I connect the lightning arrestor to the main earthing grid? or i have to put separte earhing pit for each lightning arrestor?

Pl. go thro IS 2309. Each Downrod of a Lightning Arrestor has to be connected to its own earthin system with its own earth electrodes and... this earthing system of the LA Protection MUST be bonded to the plant earthing grid.
