WHAT IS THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF THE COMPOUD USED FOR DEGREASING MILD STEEL SHEET BY DIPPING IN A BATH METOD AT ROOM TEMPRETURE.

Uh uh. Way too high MW. You want something like C2HCl3 or even CH2Cl2.
