how will calculate conductivity of polish water

Normally one measures the conductivity with a conductivity probe designed for the task:

and display the conductivity or transmit the conductivity value to (whatever) with a conductivity analyzer:

There are conductivity limits on sets for given processes depending on the process.

Measuring the conductivity of Polish water is not the same as for Russian water....

At room temperature, roughly, take the TDS in mg/l and multiply by 1.5 to get conductivity in μS/cm.

It does not depend on which country the water comes from, as has already been stated.
