Why not contact a hydraulic motor supplier and ask them to educate you.

They may, at least, make a sale and get some compensation for their effort.

Why should we waste our time doing you job for you?

You need to first figure out the horsepower and torque needed to accomplish the desired function....

...this will tell you the force needed to move the weight at the desired speed...this will then tell you what type of pump will be needed, and then you must decide how it will be configured, and what the cost options are....
