In winter season the grease Mobilplex47 is difficult to pump, is there any solution for this problem?

Or get a bigger pump.

Over the years I have worked with the folks at Mobile (not an endorsement) on some very interesting lubrication issues. I find the sales rep's to be very helpful and can call in engineering and other resources to help on issues if needed. I would talk to you Mobile rep and ask them about a replacement that will work under the conditions your stating. They will help you!

The solution to your problem can be found in Post#1.

Warm it up.

A small electric heating element (properly sourced) can be dropped into your tank/reservoir, which will hold the grease at the correct temp for pumping.

Check your lubrication schedule.

It may specify a different lubricant for different ambient conditions.

How cold does it get where you are?

What are you trying to pump the grease into? Don't say grease nipple. Like what is it, a bearing, a spline, a screw actuator, the spider of a turbo entabulator....???

We were using a calcium based grease and had the same issue on our equipment fleet. We switched to an NLGI #2 GC-LB lithium complex grease a few years ago and have never looked back. it has a large temperature operating range(0 - 425 deg f)

like the first post warm it up, we use a grease heater that you strap on around the outside of the drum there are also heaters you can sit the drum on. helios.com.au will give you a guide to what options you can have
