Aluminum Railings

11/16/2011 9:50 PM

Many people like using steel fence and brick wall to protect their house. Then, they use wood and steel to make handrail system and gates. All steel, brick and wood are also good materials to make up everything, but each of them has some negative features that are exposed after 3 or 4 using years. For instance, steel is also strong but it is rust. And they both need painting as usual.

Manufacturers produce aluminum railings which have many positive features. Such as it's robust and rustless. You don't have to pay anything after installation such as: no painting costs, no rust and scale to scrape off, no replacement of rusted sections. Railings are easily self-installed and adjustable to fit any angle needed. They are effective to decorate in different styles.

"Aluminum railings are easily self-installed..." Self installed??

Reminds me of the story about the blonde and her new windows. One day she got a call from the installer complaining that she hadn't paid the bill for the windows he installed in her house. She replied, 'You told me these windows would pay for themselves in a year. Well, it's been a year...'

Aluminum does rust, they just call it oxidizing, which is what steel does, but they call it rusting,,,go figure....As somebody who lives on the beach and has aluminum railings, I can tell you they have to be painted,,,regularly...
