Try doing your own homework, Google is a good place to start.

"how can i get a sample of blower design and specification"

I think you want to "select" a blower. For that, I'd select a few blower manufacturers and ask them. I doubt that anyone here will send you a blower, or blower spec.

Get a book by David J. Gingery titled; How to Design & Build Centrifugal Fans for the Home Shop; a Lindsey publication. It is very informative in the types of fans used for different media; dust, sawdust, smoke, etc. It tells you how much CFM's, pressures and velocities needed. Even if you don't build your own, it will guide you in selecting the right one for your application.

"Remove" dust with a blower? As far as my understanding blowers blow dust anywhere else, polluting the air, unless part of an exhaust system with dust collector.

Of course this interpretation is very flrxible: what dust, how much dust, where?

In order for a blower to "blow", it must first "suck" air in. This suction is what removes the dust.

Dust Collectors, Industrial Vacuum Cleaners, Mist Collection ...

Please refer any good text books on fan & blowers. Fan Application guide published by Hveac Association may be useful.

Use compressed air with recommended nozzles. Add the cost of the air in your final finished product cost.

Blowers have been designed over a 100 years back. You just need to go and buy them if you know how much cfm you need. Now do you know this? or how a blower looks like?
