How I can synchronize

11/24/2011 12:09 AM

Dear Friends

I have four no's of DG genset. Two are FG Wilson and two are Cummins power. All of gensets are Electronic injector controlled (ECM/ ECU). Unfortunately I don't have any wring/ Electrical diagram of Cummins power genset. I want know how we can synchronize and load share between FG Wilson and Cummins power genset. I want to use easy gensen 2500/ 3200 controller. It will be appreciated if u tell me how I will be connected for speed / voltage bias for Cummins power genset.

Thanks

Hanif

Mostly the new cummins genset model have the controller called PCC, and they just only in baseload application if syncronize with existing. We need more data from your cummins genset, PCC ? engine model ?
