Non Magnetic Materials in ASME Sec II Part A.

Stainless steel is non-magnetic then Why SS materials are under ASME sec II part-A (Ferrous Metal)...????? What is the reason...????

A little basic research is in order. You might actually learn something.

You might also learn that "stainless steel" is stainess, either.
