Google cable manufacturers. In your dreams you can do it.

The easiest way to calculate the size of the cables is to hand the task to someone who has both the qualification and experience to do it. Writing the specification as to what this individual is to do is easy in comparison. There are drawings, aren't there?

Please tell us where this hydro power project is located. I'd like to alert the local media.

You are seriously in the wrong line of work. You, obviously have no idea what you are doing, so, how can you possibly, "prepare technical spac. for HT(11kV) and LT(415V) switchgear for auxiliary supply to the power house and associated areas for Hydro power project of 1000MW capacity haging 5 units of 200MW".

Hopefully, this is just a homework project and you really have no responsibility on a real power project.

BY the way, if, by some stroke of good fortune, you manage to get someone to complete something that resembles a, "technical spac. for HT(11kV) and LT(415V) switchgear for auxiliary supply to the power house and associated areas for Hydro power project of 1000MW capacity haging 5 units of 200MW", for you, will you sign off on it as Anonymous writer #1?
