Zinc coating first, then plastisol...Mask areas not to be painted with tape..

If it was masked how did it disperse?

If you ZP (electroplated) after Plastisol then the surface under this coating will not be protected form corrosion. Is that an issue?

How will pre or post ZP application possibly ameliorate said "dispersal" You want to define dispersal Vishal.

The shape of this product has not been described well. Would it be possible to dip it in "plastisol" rather than spraying the "plastisol"?

Cover the area you are not interested to get zinc plating with PVAc ink. Do zinc plating.

After plating remove PVAc using acetone or IPA
