If Namibia has regulations for medical waste disposal, you should consult them rather than seeking proposals.

If there are no local regulations, you could then consider various proposals, but then you should evaluate them to see what outside standards they comply with.

Among the items to be considered would be biological, chemical, and radioactive hazards, as well as sharp objects such as needles and scalpels.

Please refer local health authority policy and the infection control department of the hospitals . Incineration is one of the methods used to dispose off certain medical waste.
