YEAH, GREAT ISN'T IT! Can't believe it myself, but there you have it, copper wire has got softer and may I also add, a bit more understanding and playful. Don't tell Aluminium sheet though cos she will only nag at him to toughen up again!

Hmmm... could be serious issues. If it gets too soft, it'll all start leaking out of the transformers and motors, and forming unsightly puddles on the carpet.

What's your solution?

These guys are teasing you....no doubt English is NOT your first language...and your question had a colloquial flavor to it. That means, you did not say what you meant. But that is okay, if you re-phrase your question, I am sure you will get good answers.

Another way to say this question might be... How do you go about softening copper wire. Or alternatively, "what do you have to do to keep it from work hardening". Some might even ask "Can copper wire be hardened the way steel can be hardened, and is the softening technique similar?

If these are the questions, these fine individuals will happily give you the answers.
