I think we all know what 'increase' means, so it just depends on the definition of 'welding speed'.
It would seem reasonable to define that as the interval between the start and end of the process in hand.
How that interval can be reduced is an entirely different question which depends on the type of welding, the materials, structure, location and standards required.
Gas welding a pressure vessel underwater, is a bit different to robotically spot welding a car body panel.

"Increase in welding speed" is a mysterious concept that has no "exact" meaning, unless one understands the difference between say 10 inches per minute and 12 inches per minute.

dude he is just asking you to decreasing the production time . There is no other way , use larger dia electrodes high current with high speed with best welder.But it will decrease the quality of your job for sure.
