please confirm size and pressure temperature limitations for threaded connections in process piping.

No need. Just follow the schedules for the piping in published national standards.

schedule for piping does not count in this aspect although normally 2" and below joints are of socket welded where as there is no limitations for threaded joint and to how much pressure rating and temperature we can use threaded joint.....................

OK. So, take advice from the Engineer/Surveyor from the company that is supplying burst indemnity insurance cover for the facility, especially as the forum knows nothing of the fluids, their temperatures and their pressures; very few CR4 readers are bestowed with powers of clairvoyance.

asme B16.3 pipe threads. The temp and press match the pipes rating from asme b31.3
