Look up electrical supplier catalogues. They will have specifications for what you are looking for.

If you can access the net for CR4, you may as well access the net for asearch engine called "google". Else, ABB & SIEMENS have published some good application guides on the subject. Pl. search the net first and in case you don't get any answer, then come here. In the recent past, from the questions being posted here, I have started feeling that this elite forum is slowly turning into a search engine.

Here's some useful data;

In PNG we use 33kv, 66kv, to 132kv surge arrestors in our sub stations. For a 400kv surge arrestor, here are some data from the following websites;

1. http://www.tic.toshiba.com.au/product_brochures_and_reference_lists/sa.pdf

2. http://www.yerenergo.am/media/documents/tykoed/TEED_EN_3_4.pdf

3. http://www.bizflips.com/library/pdf/BOWTHORPE-EMP/BOWTHORPE-EMP%20-%20FINAL_BROCHURE_Bowthorpe_EMP_150802.pdf

There are many others.
