Can We Rotate Tangential Bar Rotor Motor in Both the Direction

Hi,As we received 900kw-2 Pole -6.6kv Motor is having Unidirectional fans(two internal fans and one external fan) and unidirectional Oil lubricant bearing-and Pumps direction is not matching with motor,Rotor bars placed in rotors are also at tengential not radial...

By changing or modifying cooling fans and Bearings we can make motor suitable other direction but regarding Tangential rotor bars what to do ,

1) What is the purpose of to provide rotor bars in rotor at tangential(not radial)

2) As these tangential bars making angle in one direction only while moving of rotor,what will be impact if we rotate it on reverse direction.

3) what are the merits and demerits of Tangential Rotor Bars motor Vs Radial Rotor Bars Motors
