I am working on Tendering also for railway projects in that I used to write the comments for specifications. I am doing pert chart for alternator manufacturing process. I don't know what will be the growth in the project field? Is there any courses to get growth in project field and what are the career oppurtunities? I have to study any software or shall I do any MBA degree or any specialization degree for projects ? Please help me, how can I uplift my career having experience in projects field ?

Hi,

Try to get more knowledge in electrical equipments you are dealing with in your projects. What you are doing is now related to project management. So if you could mix some of your technical knowledge, then it will help you to become a design engineer. The shortest way to gain good knowledge in electrical is commissioning field.

Vijay
