CMMS - Visual Plant

Good day members,

I am looking for some input on a software package. In particular I am looking for a CMMS software that has all or least most of the following requirements. The facility is manufacturing, medium to large. I would really like responses from end users and not just sales people. Here we go.

I need all of the functionality of what a CMMS is typically intended for, planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, analysis, alerting, work orders, link to spare part, inventory,etc.

In addition I would like to create a visual plant monitoring system, my idea is as follows. A video monitor displays the plant layout in which all of the equipment is laid out like a map. Upon a break down the operator either enters a code on a touch screen or scans a bar code, the code is sent to the CMMS, work order generated automatically and I want the machine that is down to be displayed on the video map flashing a red status indicator or similar. When the technician arrives at the machine He/she logs into the CMMS to start the repair, document the problem/repair and closes the work order. The red light needs to be reset at this time at the machine upon the release of the machine back to production.

This is a basic idea, if anyone knows of or uses such software I would greatly like your input.
