Can anybody provide me Helium NIST database (12)? Can you give me link/resource which gives me real gas properties of Helium gas which is required to be used in pulse tube Cryocooler?

Either MatWeb or Wikipedia or Engineers' Toolbox might turn up some helium tables.

If you want the official NIST database, it is available to purchase from the organisation or from recognized publishers.

We do not encourage piracy.

If you don't want to pay, use whatever data you find on the internet at your own risk.
