Thank you for your comment to GlobalSpec.

Found your website back in '05.
Bought some referenced products (not in significant quantities), played your games, joined the Forum and bought the mug.
Passed the links to your games, your database and your forum to friends, co-workers, employers; carry the coffee mug everywhere.
We are largely
made of old fart engineers, we fix peoples problems, recommend products,
talk nice about you and your site. By the same token, there is a limit
to what we'll put up with from a bunch of high-handed kids.
I
haven't been banned yet, but at the rate my friends are I see little
point in hanging around what used to be an institution and is now a
playground unsupervised.
We never owned the place, we knew it.
But we 'felt' pride of ownership by participation. Sadly we are no
longer wanted, and those not thrown out are leaving.
We'll miss
the place, but I wished to thank you for the years of fun, the
engineering challenges, the tussles and arguments that are the real
heart of engineering. You allowed a rocking community to build it self,
and while it lasted it was great.
Thanks for the excellent website
