One-Line Diagram for PV System

02/20/2012 5:25 PM

Hi guys,

I am new to this forum and I really need your help. Can anyone help me find a one-line diagram of a distribution system containing a grid-tied pv system (a case study)? I am trying to formulate transfer function of the system for a control methodology to regulate voltage at the point of common coupling. I can easily find out the transfer function if I had all the values. It should have all the parameters like source voltage, transmission line impedances, transformer(s) rating and impedances, load impedance, PV system capacity and so on. I spent weeks looking for it online and unable to find one. The parameters should be real values on some kind of project (a case study). Any help is appreciated.

You might find what you want here...or here...

I'll work out some rough numbers...but I think this is pretty close to a complete one line...

(may as well break the students in early...)

What I needed was an impedance diagram (one-line diagram) of a distribution system with a PV system as one of the distributed generations. I need some kind of case study has shows all of its parameters like impedances, voltage levels, peak load, PV capacity etc. Thanks anyway.

What is the intended purpose of this case study once completed?

What I am trying to accomplish is the voltage regulation at PCC. PV inverter would inject / absorb reactive power so that the voltage is at the nominal level. For this, I need a case study of a distribution system with PV system as one of the DGs so that I can simulate my results. It is a control methodology and I am gonna need distribution system parameters. In short, I will need to formulate a transfer function for my PV system. I will need one-line diagram (showing all impedances). Let me know if it is still confusing.
