Galvanized Pipe

work:sanitary/water piping

material to be use: galvanized pipe, astm a53

Question: Instead of buying an elbow is it ok if i will use

fabricated elbow made from pipe with the same

material?

As long as it is galvanized. Try to grind the welding inside if possible to make it smooth.

Don't weld galvanised materials, Guvnor. The smoke from the zinc will poison the welder.

Why is galvanised piping being used for sanitary water? What is the intended use for this water?
