How are Gasket Sheet Made

I've seen them made with a plain sheet of gasket materials, a block of wood on end, a set of tin snips, a hammer and a hole punch - oh, and a steel rule and a pencil to mark them out, Guv. Simple enough?

yea thanks but i actually mean the chemical composition of gaskets sheets, how they are formulated and d process of convertin d mixture into sheets

i specifically want to experiment a flexible gasket made from either asbestos, flexible graphite, paper etc. i do not understand their combinations or materials for forming this gaskets and d process of combining d materials and and forming a thine sheet of gasket. this gaskets will be used for motorcycle block engines, etc, it flexible and greenish or ash in color. am aware asbestos are not allowed for used in gasket making in the US but i want formula for mixing and making a gasket sheet...
