Condense it back into feed water.

The answer is condensate return sets. I have had some success with Spirax Sarco equipment, which musn't be taken as a product endorsement. Return the condensate to the boiler house and, provided it is still of low conductivity and hasn't picked up any crud/rust from the condensate return pipework, drop it back into the hotwell.

Look for the value of the heat in the condensate not needing to be supplied, and the avoidance of the cost of treating its volume from the raw water supply including the water purchase and effluent disposal volumetric costs. The economic justification for using the condensate again will come out very high.

If the condensate quality is too low for re-use in the boiler(s), consider dropping it into the cooling tower network to save on water purchase and pretreatment costs there, though keep an eye on the cooling tower pond chemical and, particularly, biological properties as these may need adjustment.

And do let the forum know how you get on, Captain.
